BIOFUND developed, in partnership with ANAC, a database to organize information about Mozambique’s conservation areas network. This platform represents the visual interface of the database, providing basic information and images. For this first phase, only some categories of the national conservation areas network are included.
This platform is managed by BIOFUND but depends, on a large share, to the work being developed in each conservation area, by ANAC and respective partners. Without their efforts and dedication, and without the funding from AfD, it would have not been possible to consolidate this database.
